• No cancellations for rain, only cancellations for storms.
• Admission is free for under elementary school age children. (Must be accompanied by an guardian.) Tickets are required above Junior high school students.
• All customers are required to pay drink fee in cash at the door separately./Those who purchase 2 DAY TICKET will be charged 1,200 yen for drinks for both days at the time of admission.
• Please show your student ID card on the day of the event if you have purchased a student discount ticket.
  Please note that if you do not have your student ID card, you will be asked to pay the difference between the general ticket and the student discount ticket.
• Artists and open/start time are subject to change. No refunds will be made due to changes.
• Please note that admission to each area may be restricted when the venue is crowded.
• 10% handling charge included in ticket(s) price.
• Once your order has been completed, any changes or cancellations will not be accepted.
• Ticket(s) will be exchanged on the day of the event . At the time of exchanging the ticket(s) ,the person who purchase the ticket will be required to show a valid photo identification (e.g. passport) .
• The only person who made the reservation must be present to collect ticket(s) at the venue.
